Day 1:
- Sub-floors suitable for resin only. Identification/Preparation (promotion of Wolff machinery) / Moisture testing and moisture mitigation (DPM) – Classroom and moisture machine demos
- Sustainable credentials, low emission, factory overview, Vegetable oils, recycled element in Mistral etc. - Classroom
- Epoxy and cementitious repair mortars – Classroom and practical
- Smoothing and levelling compounds suitable for Resin only (NC112 Turbo & NC770) Priming and sand blind – Classroom and practical
- Primers & DPM (EP6700/EP6600/EP6200/PU6000) mesh reinforcement - Classroom and practical
- PU Comfort Floors – Uni/Beton/Flake/Design options with different colours – Classroom and practical
Day 2:
- PU3320 coating for non UV stable comfort floors – Classroom and practical
- Decorative comfort floor (flakes, designs with different colours etc.)
- Sealers, Mat and Satin application – Classroom and practical

INDUSTRIAL RESIN FLOOR APPLICATIONS WITH ARTURO 2 day course
WHAT WILL I LEARN?
Day 1:
- Concrete prep, techniques, (Wolff machinery promotion) moisture testing and moisture mitigation classroom & practical
- Moisture control and OT primer/DPM – classroom and practical, use of tapes to show how clean straight edges are achieved
- Priming (classroom and practical)
- Epoxy repair mortars and coving epoxy – classroom and practical
- High build coatings and demarcation lines– classroom and practical
- Epoxy SL – classroom and practical – EP2500 & EP2580, specialist tools for EP2580.
Day 2:
- Specialist products – ESD (classroom only) epoxy quartz screeds– classroom and practical
- Full flake systems! De-nibbing
- Epoxy sealers of previously applied systems from day 1
